Make sure you have joined the Roblox Group. If you have, join our main game under the Group Experiences. After you have joined our game, click on "Games" on the topbar. This will show all games you can teleport to. Click on the application center game and complete the application. This is open 24/7 and will automatically rank you.

Where can I report a problem?

Use Hyra's feedback hub in the Discord Server to send bugs or suggestions.

How do I join the Discord server?

Open the Discord Server link under Quick Links on our website.

I got banned from the Discord Server, what do I do?

If you have been banned, you received a DM from Sapphire. An 'Appeal Link' will be in the DM. You can sign into the website with your Discord account and submit the form.

How can I contact support if I still didn't find the answer to my question?

If you have a Discord account, join our Discord Server and open a support ticket. If you don't have Discord, send an email to support@frynfly-restaurant.com.

I'm a higher ranked staff member and I need to submit an LOA request, how do I do that?

Any Supervision+ member has access to Hyra. Hyra is an all-in-one Human Resources platform that allows you to claim sessions, look at guides, and submit LOA requests. You can access Hyra by going to the 'Quick Links' section on our website and clicking the 'Staff Portal' link.
