Treat all players, customers, staff members and visitors with respect.

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, hate speech, threats or targeted attacks are not welcome.

🔒 Privacy & Personal Information

Do not share real names.

Do not share phone numbers, addresses, personal e-mail addresses or other personal information.

Do not ask other members for private information.

Use Roblox usernames, display names or roleplay names instead.

📢 No Leaking

Do not leak internal information.

Do not share staff discussions, internal screenshots, internal documents, internal e-mails or confidential information.

Unauthorized disclosure of internal information may result in disciplinary action.

🎭 Roleplay Conduct

Keep roleplay enjoyable, realistic and respectful.

Do not intentionally disrupt roleplay situations or events.

Respect the experience of other players.

💬 Communication

Communicate clearly and respectfully.

Avoid spam, flooding, excessive pinging and repeated messages.

Keep discussions relevant to the channel or topic.

When contacting support, explain your issue completely in your first message.

⚖️ Staff & Leadership

Follow instructions from authorized staff members.

Do not impersonate staff, management or leadership personnel.

Concerns regarding staff conduct should be reported through official channels.

Public arguments with staff members should be avoided.

Fry n' Fly is committed to protecting personal data and respecting privacy rights.

Do not post personal information about yourself or others in public channels, tickets or community spaces unless specifically requested through an official process.

Personal information includes real names, home addresses, phone numbers, personal e-mail addresses, identification documents and similar data.

Any personal data shared with Fry n' Fly may be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.

Requests regarding personal data, correction of information, or deletion requests should be submitted to support@frynfly-restaurant.com. Please note that certain records, including moderation logs, administrative logs, security records, and chat logs, may be retained where necessary for operational, security, legal, or compliance purposes. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that all data can be deleted upon request.
