Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service apply to Fry n' Fly and the services we operate.

Fry n' Fly is a Roblox restaurant roleplay community and experience. Our services include our Roblox experiences, website, Discord community, Academy, staff systems, events, and other services operated by or on behalf of Fry n' Fly.

By using our services, you agree to follow these Terms, our applicable community and staff rules, and the rules of any third-party platforms you use to access Fry n' Fly.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Roblox, Discord & Third-Party Platforms

Fry n' Fly operates across several third-party platforms and services.

Our Roblox experiences operate through Roblox, and our community and certain support services operate through Discord.

When using Fry n' Fly through these platforms, you must also comply with the applicable terms, policies, and community standards established by those platforms.

Fry n' Fly does not operate or control the underlying Roblox or Discord platforms. Access to these platforms may be restricted or terminated independently by their respective operators.

3. User Conduct

When using Fry n' Fly, you are expected to behave appropriately and follow our applicable rules.

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or intentionally harm other community members or staff.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage or disrupt our services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Fry n' Fly accounts, systems, or infrastructure.
• Use unauthorized software or automation to disrupt or unfairly interact with our services.
• Impersonate Fry n' Fly staff members or other users.
• Intentionally provide harmful or malicious content through our services.
• Attempt to evade a moderation action or restriction.
• Use Fry n' Fly services for fraudulent, illegal, or malicious purposes.

Additional rules may apply within individual Fry n' Fly services. Violations may result in moderation or disciplinary action.

4. Moderation & Enforcement

We may take reasonable action to protect Fry n' Fly, our community, staff members, and services.

Depending on the circumstances, moderation actions may include:

• Warnings
• Removal from a server or experience
• Temporary restrictions
• Temporary or permanent bans
• Removal from the staff team
• Staff disciplinary action
• Restrictions from specific Fry n' Fly services

The action taken will depend on the circumstances and severity of the violation.

We reserve the right to take immediate action where we reasonably believe that a user poses a serious risk to our community, staff, or services.

Where available, users may submit a ban appeal through our official Ban Appeal process. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a moderation decision will be changed or removed.

5. Staff Applications

Fry n' Fly operates a staff team to help run our community and experiences.

Submitting a staff application does not guarantee that you will receive a staff position.

Applications may be accepted or rejected based on our current requirements and the information provided as part of the application process.

Providing intentionally false or misleading information may result in the rejection of an application and, where appropriate, further moderation or disciplinary action.

Staff applications and related information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Staff Members

Staff members may be subject to additional rules, policies, training requirements, and expectations that do not apply to regular community members.

Staff members are expected to:

• Follow applicable Fry n' Fly staff rules and procedures.
• Use staff permissions responsibly.
• Complete required training where applicable.
• Maintain appropriate conduct while representing Fry n' Fly.
• Protect confidential or internal information they are given access to.
• Follow reasonable instructions relating to their staff responsibilities.

Staff positions and ranks are not permanent entitlements.

Fry n' Fly may issue disciplinary actions, change staff permissions, change ranks, suspend staff members, or remove individuals from the staff team where reasonably necessary for operational, disciplinary, or security reasons.

Access to internal Fry n' Fly services may be removed when a staff member leaves or is removed from the staff team.

7. Academy

Fry n' Fly operates an Academy for learning and staff training purposes.

Access to the Academy may be limited to eligible users or staff members.

Users must not attempt to access courses, accounts, information, or areas of the Academy that they are not authorized to access.

Training results and completion records may be used as part of Fry n' Fly's staff management and progression processes.

Additional requirements may apply to individual courses, training programs, or staff ranks.

8. Rank Transfers

Fry n' Fly may offer a Rank Transfer program that allows eligible individuals from other Roblox communities to apply for a rank within Fry n' Fly.

Meeting published Rank Transfer requirements does not automatically guarantee that a transfer will be accepted.

We may verify information provided as part of a Rank Transfer request and may reject requests that do not meet our requirements or cannot be reasonably verified.

Rank Transfer requirements, eligible ranks, and availability may change over time.

Any rank granted through a Rank Transfer remains subject to Fry n' Fly's normal staff rules and requirements.

9. Virtual Items, Ranks & In-Game Features

Fry n' Fly may provide access to virtual items, features, permissions, or ranks within our Roblox experiences and community.

These features do not represent employment, ownership rights, or a guarantee of permanent access.

Where applicable, purchases and virtual items made or provided through Roblox remain subject to Roblox's applicable terms and policies.

We may modify Fry n' Fly-specific ranks, permissions, progression systems, and gameplay features as part of operating and developing our experiences.

10. Support & Tickets

Fry n' Fly provides support through official channels, including our Discord ticket system.

Users are expected to use support services responsibly. Submitting spam, intentionally false reports, abusive messages, or malicious content through our support systems may result in restrictions or moderation action.

Support requests are handled based on availability and priority. We do not guarantee an immediate response or resolution.

Information submitted through support channels is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Service Availability

We aim to keep Fry n' Fly services available and operational, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may become temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Technical issues
• Security incidents
• Updates
• Third-party provider outages
• Roblox or Discord outages
• Circumstances outside of our reasonable control

We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue individual Fry n' Fly services or features where reasonably necessary.

12. Third-Party Services

Fry n' Fly uses third-party services and platforms to operate parts of our organization and community.

These services may include Roblox, Discord, Cloudflare, Vercel, Hyra, MooDIY!, Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, Tickets V2, DocuSeal Cloud, YouTube, and other providers.

The use of third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

Fry n' Fly is not responsible for independent decisions, outages, restrictions, account actions, or changes made by third-party platform operators.

Information about how third-party services may process information in connection with Fry n' Fly is available in our Privacy Policy.

13. Agreements

In some circumstances, Fry n' Fly may ask an individual to enter into a separate agreement.

These agreements may be provided and electronically signed through services such as DocuSeal Cloud.

Where a separate agreement applies, the terms of that agreement apply in addition to these Terms of Service.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific agreement regarding the subject covered by that agreement, the specific agreement will apply to that subject to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

Fry n' Fly is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fry n' Fly and its operators are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of, inability to use, or interruption of our services.

We are not responsible for outages, account restrictions, data processing, or other actions independently caused by third-party platforms or service providers outside of our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would not be permitted under applicable law.

15. Suspension & Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Fry n' Fly services where we reasonably believe that a user:

• Has seriously or repeatedly violated our rules or these Terms.
• Has attempted to compromise the security of our services.
• Poses a risk to our community or staff.
• Has used our services for fraudulent or malicious purposes.
• Has attempted to evade an existing restriction or moderation action.

Where appropriate and available, moderation decisions may be eligible for appeal through our official appeal process.

We may also discontinue a service entirely where it is no longer operationally feasible to maintain it.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when Fry n' Fly, our services, or our policies change.

The latest version of these Terms will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

Where a change is significant, we may provide additional notice through an appropriate Fry n' Fly communication channel.

Your use of Fry n' Fly remains subject to the version of these Terms applicable at the relevant time.

17. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is described separately in our Privacy Policy.

We recommend reviewing the Privacy Policy to understand which third-party providers we use and how information may be processed when using Fry n' Fly services.
